Join Sud Stop Car Wash as a Team Lead and play a key role in driving sales, growing memberships, and delivering standout customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys motivating a team, engaging customers, and hitting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven leader who can turn great service into consistent revenue and repeat business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals, including memberships, upgrades, and add-on services
• Actively engage with customers to promote wash packages and subscriptions
• Support the General Manager in achieving budget, revenue, and performance targets
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, high standards, and strong customer conversion
• Track performance, provide real-time coaching, and reinforce sales best practices
• Maintain inventory, follow company policies, and resolve operational or customer issues quickly
• Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on results, accountability, and customer loyalty

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of leadership experience in sales-driven environments (car wash, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses preferred)
• Proven ability to coach teams to sell and deliver great customer interactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Basic computer and POS system experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions

Pay & Perks

• $20.00 – $23.00/hour, based on experience
• Quarterly site bonus tied to budget and performance results
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

Schedule

• Open 7 days a week, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
