Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Support employee evaluation processes by assisting with performance management systems, collecting feedback, and preparing evaluation documentation.
- Manage benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee relations initiatives by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting positive communication.
- Support compliance efforts by staying updated on employment & labor law requirements, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Contribute to human capital management strategies through workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and change management projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments; familiarity with HR sourcing tools like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and HR compliance practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Paychex, ADP, or Ceridian; experience with data collection and reporting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally; adept at conflict management and employee relations.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical proficiency in payroll systems like Kronos or Paylocity; familiarity with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, contracts administration, and administrative support functions.

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
