Sudshine has been a beloved, locally-owned express car wash in Central Oregon for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on delivering the best car wash in town, along with exceptional customer service. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Car Wash Attendant Sales Associates to join our fun and dynamic team! As an attendant, you'll not only prep vehicles for their journey through our wash tunnel but also have the chance to brighten our customers' days with your friendly service. Plus, you'll be responsible for pitching and selling our monthly memberships, which you will earn commission for, on top of your base pay. Join us and shine on!
Hours
- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends as needed
- Must be able to work either opening or closing shifts, preferably both.
Responsibilities
- Market and sell unlimited monthly memberships to customers
- Engage directly with customers, providing a positive experience
- Take customer payment and operate point-of-sale system
- Prepare and pre-wash vehicles before they enter the car wash tunnel
- Guide customer vehicles onto the conveyor
- Operate car wash controls
- Perform opening and closing tasks
- Ensure the upkeep of the site, grounds, and car wash tunnel
- Complete periodic deep cleaning of car wash site
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers
- Must be friendly, attentive, and motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- This role requires standing for extended periods and repetitive motions
Wages Benefits
- Hourly wage between $17-$18/hr
