Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness,sales and customer satisfaction within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility, ensuring all areas are well-kept

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer-focused environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Experience or knowledge in car wash operations is preferred.
• Ability to drive operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and motivate team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
