Duties
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Greet visitors at the front desk, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately
- Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, including digital and physical documents
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to track expenses and invoices
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and coordinating maintenance requests
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Technical proficiency in office management software, data entry tools, and productivity applications
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable)
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management
- Knowledge of customer support best practices and front desk procedures in medical or dental office environments is a plus
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks for basic financial recordkeeping

Pay: $300.00 - $400.00 per week
