Title: Mail Delivery Clerk (part-time)
Reports to: Director of Business & Finance
Position Summary:
The Mail Delivery Clerk is responsible for handling and processing mail for the district.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Receives, sorts and processes mail on a daily basis;
Transports internal mail within all school building locations, Flynn town building, Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and Goodnow Library;
Assist with mass mailings as needed;
Other related duties as assigned.
Classification: Part-time, up to 2 hours per day; non-benefited
Schedule: 190 days aligned with the school calendar
Hours: A two-hour interval between 10am-3pm will be established
Salary: $20 per hour; including mileage reimbursement at state-reimbursement rate
Hiring is contingent upon a successful CORI and fingerprinting clearance. All finalists will be required to provide official transcripts.
