Title: 1.0 FTE Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - District
Reports to: Director of Student Services
Location: District-wide position, based at Noyes Elementary School
Position Summary:
The Sudbury Public Schools, a PreK-8 district, is seeking a full time district-wide BCBA to work in specialized programs and with other specific students with social-emotional-behavioral needs. The position will be well supported by a team of experienced professionals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Director of Student Services;
Identify and analyze student behaviors for the purpose of designing plans to modify targeted behaviors to enable positive and independent student functioning;
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans;
Identify and demonstrate teaching strategies that build student skills in targeted areas;
Support staff in implementing school-wide tiered systems of behavior management;
Provide professional development and support to staff as needed;
Write required assessment reports, draft appropriate portions of IEP’s, and participate in specific IEP meetings;
Complete student Progress Reports as appropriate;
Consult with general and special education staff on accommodations and/or modifications to help students progress and succeed;
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals and parents to design comprehensive supports for inclusion in general education settings and extracurricular activities;
Include students and families in setting goals for targeted behaviors, and documenting progress;
Other related duties as assigned.

Lanes: B, M, M 30, M 60
Salary Range (based on lane and years of experience): $56,000 to $123,748
Work Year: 183 days (1.0 FTE)
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience based on the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
Hiring is contingent upon a successful CORI and fingerprinting clearance. All finalists will be required to provide official transcripts.
