Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of car wash staff to achieve operational goals and deliver top-tier customer service while working to assist the goals of the General Manager.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality standards, and a positive work environment.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Maintain inventory, ensure compliance with company policies, and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and accountability.
- Collaborate with management to align team efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of leadership experience (e.g., car wash, retail, or site management preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire trust and collaboration.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- A business-oriented mindset with an understanding of operational efficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS equipment.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods in various weather conditions
