GENERAL MANAGER
Do you have experience managing express car washes? Can you drive sales and provide exemplary customer service? Sud Stop Car Wash is looking to hire a General Manager to join our team in Kernersville, NC and it could be you!
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility! We offer competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. We also offer 401(k) with company match and PTO.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our flagship Clarcona-Ocoee site. This role is the on-site CEO — accountable for people, performance, and profitability. You'll build a high-energy team, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and operate the wash like it's your own business.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GENERAL MANAGER
- Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration Degree preferred. Associate's Degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted.
- 3 years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar).
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
- 2 years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning tunnel equipment.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions outside
- Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred. We seek someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
WORK SCHEDULE
We're open 7 days a week. 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
The General Manager's work schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday.
Salaried Team Members will expect to work 50 hours per week; however, the workload may require the Team Member to work more or fewer hours per week.
