Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance PPNR models for trading activities, including stocks, bonds, FX, options, and derivatives
- Analyze revenue drivers and risk factors impacting trading performance
- Collaborate with traders and risk teams to ensure models accurately reflect desk strategies and market conditions
- Provide insights that support stress testing, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Produce robust model documentation and collaborate with Model Validation to ensure regulatory compliance and methodological integrity
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in model development and risk management
More Info:
- Full-time 4X's in their NYC office 1 day WFH
- Develop models in Python w/ a strong focus on Statistics (AR, Time Series, Regression)
Responsibilities/Experience:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Python with strong foundation in statistical modeling and optimization preferably within a trading environment
- Someone who can connect the dots between trading strategies and PPNR modeling
- Understanding of trading revenue dynamics
