Finance and Accounting Analyst

Fast growing residential technology firm seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst to manage daily financial operations including AR/payables, budgeting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records and transactions, ensuring timely invoices/payments, and assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process. This individual will work closely with the company’s CPA to ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting. Assist executives with financial decision-making by providing detailed analysis and reports and be the point of contact for finance-related inquiries within the firm. Will manage executive travel and expense reporting as well.
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other financial modeling tools
- Solid experience with banking cycle management, AR/AP process
- Experience managing expense reports and financial reconciliations
- Ability to prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgeting analysis
- Understand vendor credit terms
- Fantastic communication skills and have the ability and integrity to handle confidential financial and organizational information
