We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Laundry Pro to join our team. If you enjoy staying busy, helping others, and take pride in creating a clean, organized environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
- Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry with exceptional care and attention to detail.
- Help guests choose the right machines and answer questions about our self service, Wash, Dry & Fold, and Pickup & Delivery services.
- Keep the laundromat spotless by cleaning machines, folding stations, restrooms, and common areas throughout your shift.
- Process customer transactions using our point of sale system.
- Restock supplies and help keep the store organized, efficient, and inviting.
- Work as a team to ensure every guest leaves with a five star experience.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoys cleaning and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful store.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds throughout the day.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Available Shifts - Primarily Evenings and Weekends
Morning: 5:55 AM to 2:00 PM
Mid: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Evening: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
