Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Operate and monitor laundry machines, including washers and dryers, ensuring proper functioning and safety
- Assist customers with loading, unloading, and sorting laundry items efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat by sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling procedures and cashiering skills
- Perform basic math calculations for pricing, payments, and change distribution
- Support dry cleaning services if applicable, ensuring garments are processed correctly and returned promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience in cleaning or maintaining public spaces is a plus
