Key Skills / Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Owner / Executive Chef on seasonal menu
- Maintain organization and uphold high standards for food quality
- Support portion control practices and overall food cost management
- Contribute to a clean, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment
- Food preparation and line experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen
- Solid understanding of kitchen workflow, organization, and back-of-house operations
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and steady execution during service
- Experience working within food cost and portion control systems
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience necessary
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure
- Genuine care for hospitality, craftsmanship, and the guest experience
