- Hardware Installation & Configuration: Setting up workstations, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
- Maintenance & Upgrades: Performing routine checks, cleaning components, and upgrading hardware (e.g., adding RAM or replacing hard drives) to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing hardware failures and resolving issues such as connectivity problems, overheating, or physical damage to components like motherboards and CPUs.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of all hardware assets, tracking warranties, and managing spare parts and supplies.
- Technical Support & Training: Providing in-person, phone, or remote assistance to users and educating staff on proper equipment usage.
