Pay & Training Info:

• After training, average compensation is over $17.00 per hour. Opportunity to get 5 raises in the first 18 months.
• We will train you to work side by side an eye doctor to assist them in giving the highest quality eye care possible.

Missional Reach:

• Each year, our employees also have the opportunity to join others on faith based medical mission trips to third world countries. While these trips are only ten days in length, many have found them to be life changing.
