We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Job Coach to join our team in empowering individuals to reach their full potential in the workforce. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing barriers to employment and help them achieve their career goals. If you are a people-focused individual with a passion for making a difference, we would like to hear from you! The hours for this position will fall anytime between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday's included in the rotation. Specific shift times may vary based on program needs.
Job Coach Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with employers to understand job requirements and opportunities.
- Assist clients in overcoming employment barriers.
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
