- Experience in franchise sales, B2B, or high-ticket sales
- Confidence with phone, Zoom, or in-person closing
- A self-motivated mindset and drive to exceed targets
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A genuine interest in helping others start their own business
- $5,000 commission per franchise sold
