- Serve as the primary contact for billing attorneys and clients.
- Manage the monthly pro forma process.
- Perform monthly pro forma selections.
- Complete attorney edits on pro formas.
- Review for guideline compliance.
- Finalize billing and submit invoices on electronic websites.
- Follow up on accounts receivable with clients.
- At least two years of experience (previous law experience preferred).
- Ability to take initiative with strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of electronic websites for invoice submission.
- In-depth knowledge of client billing requirements and specific client designated software.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Elite Billing Software.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
