About the Role Success Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Quakertown, PA. For over 30 years, we have specialized in post-acute neurorehabilitation for adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), strokes, spinal cord injuries, and complex neurological conditions. You will collaborate daily alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physiatrists, Cognitive Therapists, and Residential Care Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive 1-on-1 evaluations and deliver skilled, evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Formulate neuro-focused treatment plans tailored to each client's long-term functional goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and family support systems during progress reviews.
- Complete clinical documentation and reassessments efficiently within our EHR system during your regular shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy / DPT required).
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license (or active eligibility).
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification required (CBIS certification is a plus, or obtained with company support).
- Experience: 1 years of outpatient neuro or TBI experience preferred, but passionate New Grads with strong clinical rotations in neuro rehabilitation or acute rehab are strongly encouraged to apply!
