Success Rehabilitation is a residential and day treatment rehabilitation program for adults with traumatic brain injuries (or TBIs).
We are delighted to share that Success Rehabilitation, Inc., has expanded its residential program into the Lehigh Valley (Bethlehem, PA)!
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with strong leadership skills to provide direct care to our clients.
The ideal candidate is responsible, punctual, skilled in direct care, has integrity and a solution-oriented mindset, and is able to work independently.
You will find meaningful work helping individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other neurological impairments.
Disclaimer: Pay rate will be $18 per hour until successful completion of our Medical Administration course.
Flexible work schedules with requirement of working one weekend shift per week.

Available Shifts
- 3PM-11PM
At Success, you will help residents achieve a maximum level of independence and quality of life. You will:
- Work to support each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care, as needed
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle.
- Proof of US educational institution or active status on PA CNA registry.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be punctual and reliable with good attendance.
- Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical requirements - walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs., without assistance.
