What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Success On The Spectrum?
About the Role
At SOS Langhorne, we are seeking a BCBA who is passionate about meaningful clinical work, values thoughtful growth, and wants to make a lasting impact on children and families. This role is ideal for a clinician who cares deeply about quality over quantity, believes in compassionate, play-based ABA, and is looking for a workplace where leadership listens and values collaboration.
You will be joining a mission-driven center built by autism families, for autism families, where clinical integrity, ethical care, and work-life balance are not just promised—but protected.
About Success on the Spectrum (SOS) Langhorne
Success on the Spectrum (SOS) Langhorne is an independently owned and operated ABA center serving the Bucks County community. Founded by an autism parent, SOS Langhorne was created out of lived experience and a desire to build the kind of center families wish existed—one that truly understands their journey.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, play-based ABA that meets children where they are and supports families as partners in care. We emphasize Natural Environment Teaching (NET), community integration, teen programming, and strong parent involvement. Transparency and trust matter to us—parents can even observe therapy live through our parent viewing room.
While we are part of the larger SOS network, our center operates with local leadership, flexibility, and a strong commitment to staying aligned with our values as we grow.
