What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Success On The Spectrum-Fishhawk?
We’re Growing at Success On The Spectrum (SOS) Fishhawk!
Are you a passionate BCBA who loves making a difference? At SOS Fishhawk, we’re dedicated to helping children with autism thrive through play-based, high-quality ABA therapy, and we’d love for you to join our team!
ABOUT SOS
Success on the Spectrum is a national autism treatment franchise with a dedication to quality. We offer services in three different settings: in-home, clinic, and school. We offer ABA therapy across all of our settings and speech therapy, OT, and social skills classes in our clinics.
WHAT MAKES SOS FISHHAWK STANDOUT
At our FishHawk clinic, we offer a variety of ABA treatment models to meet the needs of all types of learners. We offer three different classroom-like therapy rooms (divided by age and skill) for ages 0-8, in which naturalistic teaching and occasional discrete trial training are used to teach social skills, communication, daily living routines, and play skills. We offer classroom inclusion opportunities in which young children can push into a preschool or afterschool care setting (we're attached to a preschool!)
For tweens and teens, we offer a therapy model that includes a blend of personalized, private therapy rooms and group activities. Additionally, we believe children and teens with autism are an integral part of our community. We go on quarterly field trips to not only practice a variety of skills in other settings, but to foster a sense of community with our surrounding neighborhoods. Last but not least, caregiver and family involvement is an integral part of our treatment model. We encourage weekly caregiver training and offer an open-door policy in which the family can observe or participate in their child's therapy at any time.
