About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Director or BCBA to support a growing autism treatment center in Bridgewater, NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing clinical programming, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery across center-based and in-home settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS)
- Develop and update individualized treatment programs
- Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and interns
- Provide parent training and regular progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with authorized services
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team
- Manage safety and support daily clinic operations
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain physically active (e.g., sitting on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs)
