Success On The Spectrum (SOS) Brownsville is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to help lead our growing team and continue raising the standard of ABA therapy in Brownsville, Texas.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, center-based ABA clinic in a newly built 6,000 square foot facility designed specifically for children with autism. Our center features dedicated spaces for sensory play, social skills, life skills, art, parent training, and individualized therapy—all within a supportive, collaborative environment.
As Clinical Director, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, support families, and help shape the future of our center while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- Monday–Friday schedule: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
- 1 WFH per week

Focus on Clinical Excellence
- Maximum caseload of 9 full-time clients
