SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians, and will help you become an RBT. SOS will increase your ABA knowledge through our weekly team training and regularly scheduled in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification.
Staff members get a performance review every 6 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Part-Time Hours: Work in the center Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
- Client material creation and preparation.
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
- Record client data in the software.
- Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes.
- Attend weekly team meetings with the BCBA.
- Attend Quarterly in-service pieces of training and team bonding activities.
- Cleaning duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Behavior Technician (we will help you get this if you haven't yet!)
- No criminal background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
Reporting Hierarchy:
- Report to the CEO.
- Report to the Regional Director.
- Report to Clinical Director.
- Report to BCBA.

- Salary: 18/hr. ($15 until RBT course is completed if not completed before start date).
