Come join an amazing team of BCBAs. Guaranteed salary $85,000-$100,000 not dependent on billable hour incentives. In-clinic only with regular daytime hours Monday-Friday. Manageable caseload (8-10). Option to work from home one day per week!

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work
- BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, handle HR tasks, or chase insurance
- Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
- You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
Supported, Not Micromanaged
- Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
- You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director
- SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training
