Success Homes North, Inc. is a residential provider supporting adults with disabilities. We are hiring part-time direct care staff. Most of our individuals are high-functioning, verbal, and fairly independent in completing ADLs. They have minimal to no behavioral challenges and enjoy various outings and activities! Our six homes are located in Cambridge, Stanchfield, North Branch and Braham, MN.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to cooking, cleaning, direct supervision, administering medication, completing goals/outcomes, participating in community, documentation, assisting with ADLs, attending staff meetings, and other duties as assigned. We are hiring for various shifts, including afternoons and weekends, and may require availability every other weekend. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.
Most individuals attend day programs, so weekday daytime positions are not regularly available.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High School Diploma or GED (18 years of age)
- Pass a background study through MN Department Human Services
- Obtain certification in medication administration and CPR/First Aid (training provided upon employment)
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under our automobile insurance
- Be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance

Schedule:
We have several part time positions open including, M-F afternoons, weekends and awake overnights.
All shifts have the possibility of extra hours
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
