Position Overview
As a Pharmacy Technician Instructor, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding students through classroom instruction, lab training, and clinical experiences. Reporting directly to the Campus Director, you’ll ensure students are well-prepared for gainful employment and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction in Pharmacy Technician courses, ensuring hands-on training and real-world application.
- Plan, assign, and facilitate student activities in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
- Provide mentorship by addressing student concerns and guiding career development.
- Develop lesson plans, administer exams, and evaluate student performance.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and grades.
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and instructional planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
- PT Certification License (required).
- PTCB Certification (required, with a 60-day grace period to obtain if necessary).
- High School Diploma.
- Strong communication skills, professional integrity, and a passion for student success.
Hybrid Schedule
Monday through Thursday (3 days virtual, 1 day in person)
8:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.
