Then this position is for you.If you are detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to work in a collaborative legal environment, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration.Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers and probate filings.Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information.Communicate with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates.Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines.QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.Paralegal certification.Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued.At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm.Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.Proficiency with legal document management and Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $72,000, commensurate with experience.
