Job Summary

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every customer, whether online, on the phone, or in person.
- Manage accurate money and inventory controls, including running a Point-Of-Sale system.
- Maintain a clean store environment, including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Open or close the location for the business day as needed.
- Take direction from the actively engaged franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors.
- Meet performance expectations and contribute to achieving team goals.
