Hiring Immediately: Multi-Unit Manager (2–3 Subway® Locations)
We’re looking for a driven, people-first leader to oversee and grow multiple Subway® restaurants. If you thrive on coaching teams, improving operations, and delivering results—this is your opportunity to lead at a higher level.
Compensation:
- Salary: $45,000 – $54,000 per year (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $8,000–$12,000 annually
- Quarterly bonuses tied to:
- Sales growth
- Labor and food cost targets
- Operational metrics (speed, accuracy, cleanliness)
- Team retention and training completion

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support 2-3 restaurant locations
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Drive sales, performance, and operational consistency
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are executed daily
- Build strong teams through hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Use data and metrics to improve performance and accountability
