Job Description: Sandwich Artist

We are looking for motivated, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as Sandwich Artists! If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and want to gain valuable customer service experience, we want to hear from you.

As a Sandwich Artist, you will be the face of our store—greeting guests, preparing fresh food to order, and keeping our restaurant clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional customer experience with a smile.
• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients daily, bake bread and cookies, and craft sandwiches exactly to guest specifications while following Subway’s portion and formula guides.
• Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a spotless dining room, service line, and kitchen area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Hygiene & Grooming: Maintain excellent personal hygiene and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards (including wearing a clean uniform, apron, and hair restraint) to ensure a professional appearance and compliant food handling.
• Teamwork: Restock inventory, assist team members during rush hours, and complete daily opening or closing checklists.

Qualifications & Skills

• High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
• Reliable transportation and strict adherence to attendance schedules.

• Job Type: Part-Time available.
• Shifts: Looking for various shifts, including Day, Evening, and Weekend availability.

Pay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour
