What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Subway?
We are looking for a manager who enjoys a fast paced environment, can handle challenges with resilience and be someone their team can count on.
Requirements:
- Minimum 32 hours a week
- Live within 20 miles of store location.
- Open availability
- Responsible for the store's overall performance and operations
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the store is adequately staffed at all times
- Follow and implement all handbook policies
- Valid ServSafe Manager's Certificate within 90 days of employment (must keep up to date)
- 2 years of restaurant management experience or 3 years of continuous Subway employment
