The Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the business. Duties

• Overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Support sales initiatives by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs (Subway U) to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
• Managing inventory control processes, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team on recruiting efforts to build a strong team of employees.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve results.

• Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Proficient in math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
