Duties
Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items with precision and creativity, ensuring quality standards are met every time
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with food handling and storage procedures
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tasks including cashiering, food prep, and customer engagement
Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales and change
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus; culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
