Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards and customer specifications
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, including food handling, bussing, and kitchen sanitation
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times, adhering to health regulations
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy hours
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with stocking supplies, organizing ingredients, and maintaining inventory levels
- Support team members with various tasks including cashiering, serving, and basic kitchen duties
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store operations, or retail math calculations
- Previous experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or café environment is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team setting while maintaining professionalism under pressure
