Sandwich Artist/Cashier

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick turnaround times and satisfaction.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene protocols throughout your shift.
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance sales and improve customer experience.
• Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, sanitation, and food safety management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen equipment operation.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication.
• Good math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations.
