Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating or ordering
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether at the counter or table
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and courteously
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up or cleaning the restaurant
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
