Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, managing staff, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
• Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and labor costs
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Ensure all company policies and local health regulations are followed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2 years of restaurant management experience (quick-service experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
