Manager

About the Role

As a Subway Manager, you will be responsible for eight key areas of focus:

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ensuring high-quality food preparation and service
• Maintaining clean, functional, and beautiful restaurants
• Managing inventory and financial controls
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Recruiting and retaining top talent

Daily Responsibilities

In addition to managerial duties, your daily tasks will include:

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including adherence to local and national health codes
• Maintaining business records and analyzing sales data to drive growth
• Identifying and engaging with potential guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing efforts, ensuring the restaurant is prepared for new campaigns
• Planning special events and promotions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge
