Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
- Prepare beautifully constructed sandwiches/food according to formula and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
- Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill
- Check products in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
- Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
- Complete University of SUBWAY® courses (brief online trainings) as directed
Key Management Responsibilities:
- Our management team motivates, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day operations.
- Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members.
- Computer knowledge desirable.
- Recruit and train staff
- Make the schedule
- Maintain and safeguard inventory and money systems
- Ensure employee safety, food safety, and overall company safety
- Handle and process paperwork
Job Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Restaurant or food service experience required.
- Subway experience preferred but nor required.
