Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling duties including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Support team members in food preparation, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service delivery in a fast food environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and retail math tasks.

Pay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour
