Responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts
• Support food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately and securely
• Supervise team members, including training new staff, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, food safety compliance, and waste reduction strategies
• Contribute to shift management by coordinating tasks, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring timely service
• Participate in food safety management practices, adhering to health regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong team management skills with the ability to train, motivate, and lead staff effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory tracking, and sales analysis
• Proven ability to manage shift operations efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Hospitality management or culinary experience is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
