Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position requires collaboration, attention to detail, and a passion for food service.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately.
• Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure all food items are prepared according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.
• Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions.
• Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Ability to upsell menu items and engage with customers positively.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in food service operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
