The Financial Breakdown:

· Base Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 / hour DOE (Calculated as: $22–$25 Base Incentive Performance Bonuses & OT)
· Daily Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $50 per day by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth.
· Overtime: Consistent weekly overtime (paid at 1.5x) ensures your take-home pay stays ahead of the market.
