We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway restaurant in Union City, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant leadership experience who enjoys developing teams, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong operational standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution

Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members

Schedule employees and help manage labor efficiently

Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and Subway brand standards

Deliver excellent customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns

Assist with inventory, truck orders, and food prep management

Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily operational tasks

Help create a positive, accountable, and productive work environment

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, quick-service, or fast-food management experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
