Suburban Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a friendly and dedicated veterinary receptionist to our welcoming hospital team.
The position plays an integral role in providing excellent care to our patients as well as providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
We are looking for individuals with a background in:
- Customer service
- Veterinary care
- Teamwork
Clinic Hours:
- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, though rotating Saturday shifts will be required. Responsibilities include taking phone calls, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, assisting veterinarians and technicians, pharmacy duties, and more.
