Hiring highly motivated Clinical Nurse for a fast paced office environment. Must have proven 3 years experience in medical office setting.
Duties:
- Provide patient care through high volume telephone triage and review of testing and treatment plan discussion with providers/patients.
- Ensure Prescriptions and Medication refills are completed promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall health condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Experience: 3 years experience required
- Must have a valid nurse (RN) or (LPN) license.-
-Previous experience in physician office required.
-Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care needs
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems-experience in eClinicalWorks preferred.
