Requirements:
- Basic computer skills is a must along with knowledge of Outlook
- Strong written, verbal communication and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Essential Duties or Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, check voicemail and email
- Processing orders, Invoicing, and Reconciliation
- Entering data information and maintaining the Docusign dashboard
- Enter information into the customer's account and obtain credit card information when necessary
- Organize and maintain filing system
- Maintain procedure books
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Available Shift: Monday - Thursday during the office hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with flexible and a maximum of 28 hours per week. Benefits do not apply
